New patient assessment & treatment

A comprehensive service that involves taking a full medical history, vascular and neurological screening and a detailed assessment of foot and ankle health. A treatment plan will then be discussed with you and agreed upon. All treatments are personalised and tailored to your needs.
Common treatments include:
Nail cutting
Removal of hard skin and corns
Diabetic assessment and foot care
Fungal skin and nail treatments
Managing sore cracked heels
Routine follow-up treatment

This service is for patients who have already had a new patient assessment and are looking for further routine podiatry treatment.
Musculoskeletal assessment & treatment
£85
For patients with foot and/or ankle pain. This service covers a range of clinical assessments and bespoke treatment plans. Treatment may include self-management strategies, exercise prescription, footwear advice, pain management, orthotics/insoles, taping or activity modification.
Common conditions include:
Pain under the arch/heel (plantar fasciitis)
Achilles tendon pain
Big toe pain, e.g. bunions
Morton’s neuroma
Ankle sprains (acute and chronic)
Arthritis

I am committed to providing excellent podiatry care for every one of my patients. I am a registered podiatrist with the HCPC and member of the Royal College of Podiatry.
Since graduating from Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh in 2016, I have worked across a range of clinical and academic roles at The University of Leeds, Glasgow Caledonian University and NHS Ayrshire and Arran. I completed my PhD in 2022 and as a leading expert in inflammatory arthritis and exercise rehabilitation, I take great pride in being able to deliver highly specialised foot and ankle care.
I was born and bred in Inverness and have fully embraced life in the Highlands again. I love hill walking, paddle boarding, wild swimming and have recently joined the Inverness Rowing Club.
